Job Title: Field SupervisorJob Description The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, vehicles, and clients. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on management to maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Fleet & Field Management – Supervise daily deployment of vehicles, route planning, and ensure timely deliveries/pickups. Driver Supervision – Manage driver attendance, login/logout, shift allocation, and ensure compliance with company policies. Cash & Document Handover – Verify trip expenses, collect cash/receipts from drivers, and hand over to accounts with accurate reporting. Operational Monitoring – Conduct field checks, monitor vehicle conditions, fuel usage, and resolve on-ground issues promptly. Team Coordination – Act as the link between management and field staff, ensuring effective communication and task execution. Compliance & Safety – Enforce safety standards, traffic rules, and ensure vehicles meet regulatory Requirements RequirementsProven experience in fleet/field operations supervision.
