🎯 Role Objective: To efficiently manage and execute large-scale plantation projects by coordinating labor, resources, and timelines to achieve maximum coverage and plantation survival in the shortest time frame. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly plantation work plans. Ensure timely procurement and availability of saplings, fertilizers, tools, and water resources. Identify site-specific requirements and plan accordingly. 2. Labor Management: Supervise and coordinate with labor contractors and workers. Ensure labor productivity, discipline, and motivation. Assign clear daily tasks and monitor output. 3. Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of all physical and human resources. Manage logistics for material supply and onsite deployment. 4. Monitoring & Reporting: Track plantation progress using GPS/mobile apps/Excel. Submit daily progress reports with photographic or geo-tagged proof. Maintain survival rate records and address field challenges proactively. 5. Quality Control: Ensure plantation is done as per scientific norms (spacing, pit size, species selection). Conduct site inspections regularly. 6. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with the office team for resource planning and approvals. Communicate effectively with local authorities, farmers, and stakeholders.

Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and passionate individual to manage day-to-day operations of our nursery and plantation sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plant care, fieldwork supervision, and team handling. --- 🌱 Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage nursery plants (watering, fertilizing, disease control) Seedling preparation and transplantation Supervision of field plantation work and labor team Track plant growth and maintain daily work records Inventory management (seeds, fertilizers, tools, plant stock) Coordinate plant dispatch/delivery as per requirements Guide walk-in visitors (if working in a retail nursery) Regular reporting via phone/WhatsApp --- ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass (B.Sc Agriculture / Horticulture preferred) 1–3 years of experience in nursery or plantation work Good knowledge of plant species, soil, and pest management Ability to manage field workers and operations independently Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility Basic phone/WhatsApp reporting skills
