Job Description

Role/Responsibilities

Installation:
Install and configure Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices in various customer vehicles.
Repair:
Diagnose and repair issues with VTS and electronic devices, ensuring their proper functionality.
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support and Training:
Provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions to ensure they can use our products effectively.
Resident Engineer:
Serve as a resident engineer in Bangalore, with the possibility of traveling to other regions as required by the company.

Requirements:

Two-wheeler with a valid driver's license is a must.
Possession of an Android mobile phone is required for communication and reporting.
Willingness to travel across all customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and occasionally to other places as needed.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or ITI in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar field service or technical support role is a plus.
Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
