Field Service Officer

Job description A smart and dedicated personality capability of work on field to meet various client and handle politely to get business out of them. To work efficiently to achieve the target assign to him. Eagerness to visit various transport office and commercial vehicle owner to get business out of them. Monitor current customer base and recommend strategies to attain more clients and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction. Determine parts sales objectives and targets and ensure compatibility for same with dealer productivity and provide assistance to all customers. Develop effective parts processes for both internal and coordinate with various vendors to obtain all discounts. Identify and resolve all issues in parts department and ensure achievement of all short and long term objectives. Capability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and evaluate all activities in the field for sales growth. Job Type: Full-time Location:  1. Sambalpur 2. Rourkela  3. Keonjhar Barbil 4.
