Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Commissioning: • Install and configure weighbridge systems, sensors, and automation components at client sites. • Perform system commissioning and ensure optimal functionality. 2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and accuracy. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. 3. Technical Support: • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. • Assist clients in understanding and operating the installed systems effectively. 4. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and client feedback records. • Prepare and submit detailed technical reports post-service visits. 5. Client Interaction: • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address concerns. • Provide technical guidance and training as required. 6. Compliance and Safety: • Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company and client policies during service operations. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirements: • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with weighbridge systems, sensors, RFID, ANPR, and PLCs. • Basic knowledge of automation systems, including IIoT and industrial communication protocols (e.g., RS232, RS485, Ethernet). • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Other Requirements: • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
