Field Service Engineer - Medical Devices

Responsibilities

? Independently troubleshoot and repair medical equipment with precision and professionalism

? Complete routine maintenance and calibration on primary and secondary modalities

? Assist in installations and upgrades of Medical equipment

? Analyze blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide repairs

? Instruct customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance

? Maintain accurate and timely documentation (service reports, expense reports, etc.)

? Manage parts inventory and contribute to part sales where applicable

? Act as a true ambassador of the company brand, upholding company values and ensuring customer

satisfaction.

What you bring

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or related field.

? 38 years of field service experience, preferably in the medical device industry.

? Strong electro-mechanical skills and hands-on experience with tools like oscilloscopes and

multi-meters.

? Excellent communication and customer service skills.

? Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

? Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your schedule and reports.

? Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment safely.

? Willingness to travel based on business needs.
