Field Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer for electrical and automation panels, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and automation panels. Your primary role will involve ensuring the efficient operation of these systems to meet the needs of clients. You will work full-time during day shifts at the designated work location in person. Your duties will include responding to service requests, diagnosing issues, performing repairs and replacements as needed, and conducting routine inspections to ensure the functionality and safety of the panels. Additionally, you will collaborate with the engineering team to implement new solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to the panels. You will also be required to document all service activities, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or queries they may have.
