Field Service Engineer

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Installation & CommissioningInstalling and setting up new pharmaceutical machines (e.g., Drybath, ovens, incubators,water bath, Oil bath) Conducting test runs and ensuring proper integration with existing systems. Performing validation procedures such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) to ensure regulatory compliance. 2. Maintenance & TroubleshootingConducting preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. Using diagnostic tools and techniques to ensure optimal machine performance. 3. Calibration & ValidationEnsuring machines meet accuracy and precision standards through routine calibration. Assisting in the validation process to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, and other regulatory guidelines . Keeping records of maintenance and validation activities for audits. 4. Technical Support & TrainingProviding on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues. Training machine operators, production staff, and maintenance teams on equipment handling, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Preparing user manuals, SOPs, and training materials. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year experience in field service engineering or related field. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
