Job Description

We are looking for a Project Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in genset installation, testing, commissioning, and service . The ideal candidate must have a strong electrical background and hands-on expertise in panel wiring, LT/HT alternators, protection relay testing, and gas genset service & troubleshooting .
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, assemble, and test diesel & gas gensets as per project specifications.
  • Expertise in gas genset service, commissioning, and troubleshooting .
  • Perform kinetic powerpack maintenance & troubleshooting .
  • Read and execute electrical diagrams for panel wiring.
  • Configure and test protection relays and genset controllers .
  • Perform insulation tests for alternators and cables.
  • Handle measurement data acquisition systems and DVR software .
  • Monitor panels and cables during testing.
  • Troubleshoot genset control and auxiliary systems .
  • Conduct various breaker panel tests
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 8528-5 & 8528-12 genset testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams, conduct scoping meetings, and contribute to team building.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on gas genset and kinetic powerpack issues .
