This role requires your presence at our Bangalore office five days a week to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely issue resolution. As part of the Enphase support teams operating round the clock throughout the year, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to schedule appointments for Enphase Field Service Technicians, coordinating site visits, assisting in troubleshooting, handling inbound communications from customers, documenting activities in a centralized CRM system, adhering to departmental procedures, continuous education on industry standards and Enphase products, representing Enphase professionally in all interactions, complying with company policies, and performing various assigned duties. Additionally, you will be involved in remote troubleshooting of Enphase products, approving warranty claims, providing pre-sales information, aiding in the activation of new Enphase sites, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role is a graduate in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC or MSC in Computer Applications with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Tech Support or Customer Support and holds a German C1 Certification. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, computer proficiency, understanding of electrical concepts, and exposure to solar/PV-related environments are highly valued qualities for this position.
