Field & Marketing Manager – Women Ethnic Wear

Location: Gandhi Nagar, Delhi
Industry: Women Ethnic Garments (Saree, Lehenga, Suits, Kurtis)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle field marketing, retail store visits, market surveys & customer outreach.
• Plan & execute promotions, branding activities, WhatsApp/Instagram marketing.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers & boutiques in Gandhi Nagar market.
• Track competition trends, customer demands & fabric preferences.
• Coordinate with sales team for product display, pricing & offers.
• Ensure local area branding, tie-ups & lead generation activities.
• Manage photoshoots, influencers & visual merchandising (as required).
• Daily reporting of field visits, customer feedback & sales improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years experience in Women Ethnic Wear / Textile marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Gandhi Nagar market & customer behaviour.
• Good communication, negotiation & field mobility.
• Ability to create marketing ideas, reels, content & promotions.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
