Role Overview:
The Company is looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with dealers, interior designers, architects, and contractors. The role involves extensive field visits and active market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and contractors

• Generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships

• Promote veneer, plywood, and surface products

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct product presentations and sampling at client locations

• Collect market and competitor insights

• Coordinate orders and follow up on payments

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in field sales (building materials preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of the local Surat market

• Two-wheeler mandatory

• Target-driven and self-motivated
