Ved Shanti Biomass Energy Fuels is a company that makes biomass briquettes — a clean and eco-friendly fuel used in various industries. We help replace traditional coal and wood with renewable energy.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with potential B2B customers to generate new orders for biomass briquettes as boiler fuel.
• Present and pitch the advantages of switching from coal/wood to renewable fuel, focusing on cost, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their requirements, addressing queries, and providing product guidance.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for on-time deliveries.
• Maintain clear records of sales visits, customer interactions, and order pipeline.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide market insights and feedback to management to help refine our sales approach.

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in B2B/industrial products.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Confident, result-driven, and comfortable with regular local travel for client meetings.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
• Interested in working with renewable energy and driving adoption of sustainable solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 per week
