Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by visiting customers in person and promoting our products/services in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Visit clients and prospects on-site to present products/services and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide solutions tailored to client needs.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and market trends.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
• Attend trade shows, events, and training sessions as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
