Job Description

Job Summary:
TekPillar is hiring a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. The role involves generating business through field activities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through field sales activities and market visits
Identify potential customers and explain product benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate leads through references and networking
Ensure proper documentation and follow company processes
Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Good communication and convincing skills
Graduation is mandatory
Candidate must be comfortable with field sales activities
