Job Description

A Field Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a company’s products or services directly to customers, typically outside of a traditional office setting. They will be often working in a specific geographic area, meeting clients in person, building relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues.
  • Market Research:
  • Keep up with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback and report customer needs to the company.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Territory Management:
  • Organize and plan routes for maximum coverage.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
