Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales deals. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence through on-ground activities and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Visit potential and existing clients to present products/services and build relationships Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking Execute promotional campaigns and brand visibility activities at the ground level Conduct product demonstrations, distribute marketing materials, and gather customer feedback Identify new market opportunities and report competitor activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer details, and follow-ups Collaborate with the marketing team for events, activations, and digital campaigns Prepare and submit regular reports on field activity and performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,796.13 - ₹45,660.41 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
