Job Overview

3D Car Care India is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry, particularly car detailing, PPF and car care chemicals. The role involves field visits, client meetings, dealer development and business expansion across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and meet dealers, distributors and automotive service centres.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Promote and sell DD Audio and other car accessories products.
• Build and maintain strong dealer and distributor relationships.
• Generate leads, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following:
• Car Detailing Industry
• Car Care Chemicals Industry
• PPF Industry
• Car Service Industry
• Automotive Service Centres
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and dealer networks.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and regular market travel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹85,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
