Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in field sales, territory management, or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team, including goal setting, performance tracking, and providing constructive feedback.
Proficiency in basic sales reporting, use of CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making to manage pipelines and forecast results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with extensive on-site field work, including regular travel within Ramnagar and surrounding areas as required.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Commitment to ethical sales practices, integrity, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
