Job Role – Field Sales Executive:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

• Visit local cosmetic shops, parlours, and jewellery stores in your city/area
• Introduce Shringaristan’s trusted online wholesale platform
• Convince shopkeepers to place orders online via www.shringaristan.com
• Collect and record shop name, contact number, and address
• Build long-term B2B relationships with local businesses

Income & Incentives:

• Earn ₹200 per confirmed order
• Earn ₹5 per valid lead (even if shop doesn’t place order)
• Unlimited earning potential — high performers can earn ₹30,000–₹60,000+ per month
• Performance-based incentives and recognition

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Fresher or Experienced
• Comfortable with field work and visiting local shops
• Smartphone with internet access
• Good communication & negotiation skills
