Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

We’re hiring Field Sales Executive who are street-smart, energetic, and based in Chennai to join our sales team for an exciting B2B SaaS product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit badminton courts, swimming pools, and other sports & fitness facilities across Chennai
• Pitch and demo our product in-person to owners/managers
• Convert them into paid customers – target: just 22/month
• Follow up on warm leads and cold visits
• Gather insights from the field to improve conversion rates
• Update sales progress and reports daily

Job Title: Field Sales Agent – Chennai Only

Location: Chennai (Mandatory)

Salary: ?15,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Chennai (please do NOT apply if you're not)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel across the city daily
• Prior field sales experience is a bonus
• Passionate about fitness/sports? That’s a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
