Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Solar EPC division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting opportunities, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers for rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects (residential, commercial, industrial). Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, field visits, online platforms, and networking. Meet clients, understand their energy needs, and prepare customized solar proposals. Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to deliver technical solutions. Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on solar technology, industry trends, and government policies/incentives.
