Job Profile: We follow an organized on-the-job training module: We train and develop entrepreneurs from level 1 to level 6.

Level-1: BDM (MARKETING/SALES/ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONS)

Level-2: TRAINER (TRAINING NEW MITS, HRD)

Level-3: TEAM LEADER (HR MANAGEMENT, TEAM MANAGEMENT)

Level-4: SENIOR TEAM LEADER (ADMINISTRATION, HANDLING TEAMS)

Level-5: ASSISTANT MANAGER (RECRUITMENT)

Level-6: MANAGER (BRANCH HEAD, BRANCH EXPANSION)

##OPPORTUNITY##

1. EARNING POTENTIAL: Rs.15, 000 pm to 30,000 pm initially

2. Travel opportunities nationally and internationally.

3. Learn the skills of Sales/Marketing, Team Leading, administration & Entrepreneurship.

4. Become Branch Head and Manage our new Branches (SBU).

5. PURELY DAY SHIFTS. On-the-job training.
