Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the company, your role involves conducting field visits to meet potential and existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating masterbatch products, addressing customer inquiries and needs. Moreover, your contribution will be essential in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer trends and competitors. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Perform any other tasks assigned by management depending upon work priority. Qualification Required: - Education: MBA, CIPET, or Equivalent Education - Work Experience: 2-3 Years in Masterbatch Industries - Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP Software and Microsoft - Professional Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and coordination abilities Your skills in sales & marketing, communication, plastics compounding, and ERP software will be key assets in this role.,
