Field Sales Executive (Male) – IndiaMART Sales Process

We are seeking ambitious and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our high-performance sales team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the sales process of IndiaMART—India’s largest and most trusted B2B marketplace.

While this role is managed through our channel partner model, your day-to-day work will give you exposure to IndiaMART’s brand value, sales ecosystem, and industry-leading practices—a career advantage that sets you apart in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in IndiaMART’s digital products and services.
• Generate leads through planned field visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and negotiations for closures.
• Support the business development team in revenue generation and customer retention.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and meeting minutes for managers/executives.
• Manage CRM entries, sales reports, and performance records accurately.
• Process client orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Participate actively in team meetings, performance reviews, and skill-development sessions.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and target orientation.
• Strong collaboration skills and team spirit.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must own a two-wheeler, valid RC, Driving License, and an Android smartphone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
