Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the marble or natural stone industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective customers and dealers to present and promote marble products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and retailers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries, provide product information, and follow up for order closures.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain daily reports on client visits, sales leads, and pipeline.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in marbles, tiles, or building material industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the Sahibabad and surrounding regions.
• Good knowledge of marble products, grades, and usage is a must.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
