Field Sales Executive Hero parts

We are working in automobile industry since last 40 years as super stockist of all spare parts with almost all two and four wheeler company in India like TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hundai etc and our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

• Only candidates who are native of Lucknow or have been shifted permanently in their owned house in Lucknow will be selected.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

Work Experience:-

Must have min 2-3 year's of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development.

• Require industry:- Auto spare parts OR FMCG products OR Other physical products.
• Will not considered for interview:- Service industry, NBFC, Bank, Loan/Finance, Investment, Payments Banks etc.

Educational Qualification & other skills:-

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA-Marketing will prefer.
• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
• Must agree to visit whole Lucknow and nearby areas.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Must visit the assigned area on regular basis for selling of spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer's etc.
• Negotiate the price, close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Reporting to senior manager on regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.

CTC per month:-

• Rs. 20,000-25,000/- per month + Incentives (min up to Rs. 5,000-7,000/-) + TA (up to Rs. 5,000-8,000/- pm) + DA + PF/ESIC Medical Insurance + Life insurance.
