Job Description

Duraframe is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the uPVC window and door industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in construction, real estate, or architecture sector and a passion for driving sales on the ground. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals. Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales in the uPVC window and door industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Ability to travel across assigned territory as required. Benefits: Attractive incentive structure: 1% to 2% commission on every confirmed sale. Fixed monthly salary + performance incentives.
