Field Sales Executive – Digital Products & Services

(Digital Business Cards | Corporate Gifting | Appointment Systems)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with strong communication and business development skills to promote and sell our range of digital products and services — including digital business cards, corporate gifting solutions, and appointment management systems.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and comfortable meeting clients in person to explain our offerings and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Visit shops, offices, and corporates daily to showcase and sell our digital products and services.
  • Demonstrate and explain the benefits of digital business cards and appointment systems.
  • Generate new business leads, maintain active follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and resellers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Distribute brochures, QR cards, and promotional materials during visits.
  • Represent the company at local business events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Collect business data (contact, requirements, feedback) from prospects.
  • Share customer insights with the marketing team for campaign improvements.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and conversions in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and operations teams for lead handover and onboarding.
  • Provide weekly reports on activities, targets, and achievements.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing (preferably digital / tech / B2B).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology and ability to explain digital products to non-technical customers.
  • Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Two-wheeler and valid license preferred for on-ground mobility.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and digital platforms.
