Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products/services.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of the local market in Kochi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for reporting.

Benefits:

Fixed salary: ₹25,000 per month.
