Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers or business partners by physically visiting potential clients and promoting our products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a deep understanding of on-ground sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential customers or partners. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients. Explain the features and benefits of our offerings clearly and convincingly. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the management. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather referrals. Keep accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on field activities, challenges, and market trends. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, or roadshows when required.
