🧾 Job Description – Field Marketing Executive📌 पदाचे नाव (Position): Field Marketing Executive / Field Sales Executive (Outdoor Promotion, Pamphlet Distribution, Lead Generation) 🏢 कंपनीचे नाव:IIFC CAPITAL – Complete Financial Solutions Under One Roof (Insurance | Investment | Finance | Contribute) 📍 कामाचे ठिकाण (Location):Pune – Shaniwar Peth, Hadapsar, Katraj & Surrounding Areas 🎯 कामाचे स्वरूप (Job Role):पॅम्प्लेट आणि पोस्टर दुकाने, सोसायटी, ऑफिसेस, सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी वाटणे ठरलेल्या एरियामध्ये Daily Outdoor Marketing लोकेशननुसार फोटो क्लिक करून रिपोर्ट पाठवणे ग्राहकांची basic माहिती collect करणे (name, number, interest) WhatsApp वर daily रिपोर्ट सादर करणे टीम लीडरच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली काम करणे जर गरज पडली तर event promotion आणि loan कस्टमरशी संपर्क 🎓 पात्रता (Eligibility):किमान 10वी पास (12th / Graduate प्राधान्य) पुण्यातील रस्ते, परिसरांची माहिती असावी मोबाईल वापरता येणं आवश्यक (WhatsApp, Camera, GPS) वेळेचे भान आणि मेहनती स्वभाव बाइक / स्कूटर असल्यास प्राधान्य 💰 पगार (Salary):₹10,000 – ₹16,000 (अनुभवावर अवलंबून) पेट्रोल Allowance Monthly Incentives Performance Bonus 🕰️ कामाचे वेळ (Timing):Full-Time: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (6 दिवस) Part-Time पण चालेल (4 तास / 5 तास shift basis) 🎁 फायदे (Perks):Loan industry मध्ये कामाचे प्रशिक्षण Daily Outdoor Allowance Career Growth in Sales or Finance Bonus आणि Recognition
