Field Sales & Delivery Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Field Sales & Delivery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, promoting our products, collecting orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle fieldwork efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients and retailers as per the daily route plan.
• Generate sales by presenting and promoting company products.
• Deliver orders to customers on time and collect acknowledgments.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collect payments when required and submit them to the office.
• Provide daily reports on sales activities and delivery status.
• Ensure product safety and handle items responsibly during delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Experience in field sales or delivery will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones for reporting (WhatsApp, calls, location sharing).
