Job Description

Field Recruiter BigBasket:
1. Source delivery executives through field activities, referrals, vendors, and walk-ins.2. Conduct daily ground-level hiring in assigned zones and hubs.3. Screen candidates for eligibility (DL, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, vehicle).4. Coordinate onboarding, app installation, and training for new joiners.5. Ensure timely activation of riders to meet daily manpower targets.6. Achieve assigned daily and weekly hiring numbers.7. Maintain accurate hiring and onboarding MIS.8. Coordinate closely with operations and hub teams for demand planning.9. Support new riders during initial days to improve early-stage retention.
