# Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Operations Engineer to join our IoT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IoT devices (CCMS Panel) and systems connected to our Street Lights. This includes monitoring device installations, performing daily status checks, coordinating maintenance and issue resolution, updating all the activities in our internal application, and escalating unresolved issues. The engineer needs to look after our ongoing projects in various places at chhindwara to ensure they are functioning correctly.

Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related field.

Experience: 3+ yrs of experience in similar role.

Computer Skills: Good understanding of MS Office Suite, Basic understanding of Google suite.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IoT devices, and CCMS panel troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in using handheld devices and diagnostic tools.

Working Conditions:

1. Travel: Ready for travel to various projects sites, potentially up to 50% of the time.

2. Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities and deadlines.

Languages and Communication skills: Fluent in Hindi, English. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the field implementation team, IT team, and other stakeholders.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills: The engineer should have the ability to identify and solve problems that arise time to time IoT devises.

Remuneration:

CTC: 3 LPA + Local Transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
