Field Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Officer to join our team. The role involves working directly with farmers and dealers to promote, install, and support drip irrigation systems. This is a field-based role with a focus on relationship building, technical support, and sales coordination.

Responsibilities

• Visit farms and interact with farmers to promote drip irrigation systems
• Supervise system installations and coordinate with technical teams
• Provide after-sales service and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and local contacts
• Conduct field demonstrations and participate in awareness programs
• Generate leads and maintain follow-up records
• Prepare basic reports on daily activities and progress

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of field experience (preferred)
• Freshers with strong interest in agriculture are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
• Driving License with a valid license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
