Job Description:

We are hiring a Field Officer to coordinate and follow up on outsourced billing processes related to GeM (Government e-Marketplace). The candidate will be responsible for field visits, submission and follow-up of bills in various departments, and ensuring timely clearance of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit government departments for bill submission and follow-up
• Coordinate between vendor and billing department
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with GeM norms
• Track the status of submitted bills and report delays
• Maintain proper records of submissions and approvals
• Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• Prior field experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills (local language knowledge is a plus)
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently
