Field Marketing - Interior Industry

Role Overview: As a Field Marketing Executive at WEA Designs Private Limited, you will be responsible for driving awareness and generating leads through on-ground marketing activities in the interiors industry. Your role will involve effectively communicating the company's value proposition to potential clients, partners, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-field marketing activities such as distributing promotional materials, participating in expos/events, and local campaigns. - Identify potential residential and commercial projects in target areas and build a pipeline of prospects. - Collaborate with real estate agents, builders, and vendors for partnership opportunities. - Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the sales/design team. - Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activity. - Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials used in the field. - Maintain a daily report of field activities and leads generated. - Provide support for digital and offline campaigns when required. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of field marketing experience in the interior industry. - Strong understanding of interior design market and customer preferences. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the city. - Basic knowledge of marketing tools and reporting. - Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory for mandatory travel.,
