Qualifications And Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Experience: Prior experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in a service-based industry. - Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Independent Work: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while achieving targets. - Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Kanpur's market and demographics is essential. - Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic, with a passion for client interaction. - Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
