We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience, who can execute Field visits, cold calls, Email campaigns etc, driving business growth with excellent communication & negotiation Skills Roles and Responsibilities: Develop Sales strategies to meet targets through Cold calling , Email campaigns, Social media marketing and Field Marketing activities. Plan and execute in-person meetings to showcase FreightSphere's software solutions. Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate product benefits. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales & marketing targets. Collaborate with internal Development/Support teams for smooth Onboarding of new clients Coordinate with Product and marketing teams to refine sales materials and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system. Strong Customer Relationship Management. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and offline marketing. Conduct field visits to meet clients, generate leads, and close sales. Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis. Comfortable with traveling for client meetings and Product demos.
