Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Marketing & Management Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting our dairy products, managing field operations, supporting customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote our dairy products.
• Build and maintain strong customer and retailer relationships.
• Coordinate daily operations and manage assigned field tasks.
• Achieve monthly sales/marketing targets.
• Maintain reports of visits, leads, and customer feedback.
• Support branding and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Any qualification acceptable (freshers & experienced can apply).
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Must be comfortable traveling for field work.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated and responsible attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Basic) – depends on target achievement.
