Role & responsibilities

Employee Conflict Management
Compliances - maintain all type of paper like - Insurance, Tax, Pollution, Permit, CF
also update their validity and time to time renewal.
Ensure that timely dispatch the vehicle.
Maintain Driver Duty Roaster and good coordination with Driver.
Maintaining the vehicle Hygiene, look out for interior and exterior cleaning.
Maintain the Liaison with our brand company for smooth operation and Servicing.
Maintain accurate MIS reports (productivity, costs etc.).
Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and daily activity.
Relationship builds up with Local traffic, police station, Govt Office, Motor vehicle (RTO) office etc to maintain smooth operation.
Handling local ground issue.

Managerial Job role, Communication and coordination.
