Job Title: Sr. Technical Service Technicians – Glass-Top Deep Freezers Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai We are seeking experienced Technical Service Technicians with hands-on expertise in maintaining and repairing glass-top horizontal and vertical deep freezers in retail environments, including ice cream shops, supermarkets, and convenience outlets and having the understand of : Freezer performance in retail settings Common servicing challenges and wear-and-tear patterns Causes of glass-top damage and misuse Handling practices by store staff and customers Who We Are Looking For Candidates should meet one of the following profiles: In-Mall Ice Cream Shops – Technicians directly employed by ice cream brands (e.g., Häagen-Dazs, IBACO, Baskin Robbins) managing in-house freezer maintenance. Independent Ice Cream Shops – Technicians from external service agencies supporting standalone shops. Supermarkets – Technicians from third-party service providers responsible for freezer repair and maintenance. Requirements Proven experience in servicing glass-top horizontal and vertical deep freezers. Current employment with a brand’s in-house service team or an external agency. Ability to share first-hand technical knowledge and experiences. Comfortable participating in a structured research interview.
