Field Inspection Engineer

As a Field Quality Control Engineer at Fluxus Elevators Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the on-site quality standards for elevator installations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting field inspections and quality audits at various project sites, verifying installation quality against standard checklists and safety protocols, reporting any non-conformities, and recommending corrective actions. You will collaborate with installation teams to ensure adherence to technical standards and proper workmanship. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of inspection schedules, reports, and compliance checklists, as well as supporting project managers in final quality clearance before handover to clients. Monitoring vendor/supplier workmanship for key components and traveling to branch offices and project sites in Bhopal, Varanasi, and Surat based on inspection schedules will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have in-depth knowledge of elevator installation standards, a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components, excellent documentation and report-writing skills, an eye for detail, and a systematic approach to inspection. Good interpersonal and coordination skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel frequently are essential for success in this role. This full-time position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience and a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production.
