Field Executive Trainee - Chemical - DMD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring safe operating procedures within the defined range, acting as the first responder to emergencies, suggesting safety improvements, and handling hazardous materials and plant wastes carefully. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining housekeeping standards, supporting contract workmen in safe practices, monitoring and controlling field equipment, and coordinating with the shift superintendent or panel executive. It will be your responsibility to collect and deliver samples for laboratory testing, report any abnormal observations promptly, and perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. You will also contribute to waste reduction and efficient equipment operation while identifying opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Abide by safe operating procedures and act as the first responder to emergencies - Suggest safety improvements and handle hazardous materials and plant wastes safely - Maintain housekeeping standards and support contract workmen in safe practices - Monitor and control field equipment as per standard operating procedures - Coordinate closely with shift superintendent or panel executive - Collect and deliver samples for laboratory testing and report abnormal observations promptly - Perform minor troubleshooting, maintenance, and condition monitoring using portable instruments - Contribute towards waste reduction and efficient equipment operation - Identify opportunities for improvement and follow safety guidelines and management guidelines - Maintain shift logs for the respective area/equipment and follow instructions from superiors - Be a member of the Auxiliary Fire Squad Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. / M.
