Job Title: Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Executive to promote and demonstrate our FMCG products to customers. The role involves engaging with customers, encouraging product trials, collecting feedback, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live product demonstrations and sampling activities.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Motivate customers to try and purchase products.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
Maintain product display areas and ensure availability of stock during promotions.
Build strong customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in product promotion, sales, or customer interaction is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to interact with different types of customers.
Energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
