Field Executive

As a Field Executive at First School Preschool, your role will involve field marketing, lead generation, and driving student admissions. You will have the opportunity to conduct field visits, marketing campaigns, and community outreach to promote First School. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads for preschool admissions, building relationships with parents, schools, and local communities, distributing flyers, brochures, and conducting on-ground promotional activities. It will be essential for you to meet monthly admission and marketing targets while maintaining reports on daily activities, leads, and conversions. Collaboration with the admissions and marketing team for growth strategies will also be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications & Skills: - 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline. - 02 years of experience in field sales/marketing (experience in education sector preferred). - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Willingness to travel locally for field activities. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
