Field Executive - CPVC 11 KTA D2

As a Field Operator at our company, your role involves abiding by safe operating procedures, acting as the first responder to emergencies, and suggesting safety improvements. You will be responsible for the safe handling of hazardous materials and plant wastes, contributing to housekeeping, and supporting contract workmen on safe working. Your key responsibilities include: - Monitoring and controlling field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs, LLF checklist, and ODR instruments - Coordinating closely with shift superintendent/panel executive - Collecting and delivering samples from the field for laboratory testing - Reporting promptly any abnormal observations to shift engineer/panel executive - Performing condition monitoring using portable instruments (ODR) - Conducting minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks - Operating equipment efficiently and identifying opportunities for improvement - Maintaining shift logs for the respective area/equipment - Following instructions received from shift superintendent/engineer/panel officer - Being a member of the Auxiliary Fire Squad To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering OR ITI/NCTVT. Additionally, you are required to have relevant experience - 2 years for B.Sc./Diploma holders or a minimum of 5 years for ITI holders in Field Operations. The skills and competencies expected from you include good housekeeping, upkeep of Fire and Safety equipment in your area, maintaining field logbooks/LLF checklists, segregation of waste, and fulfilling identified training needs for self.
