Field Executive

e are hiring Field Executives to assist in customer onboarding for Kotak Mahindra Bank through KYC verification and Kotak 811 account opening. This is a field role that involves visiting customers at their location, verifying documents, and helping them complete the digital account opening process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Assist customers in opening Kotak 811 bank accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation is collected and verified (Aadhaar, PAN).
• Guide customers through the digital onboarding process if required.
• Submit daily reports and updates to the team leader/supervisor.
• Maintain professionalism and represent Kotak Mahindra Bank in a positive manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10th/12th Pass. Graduates preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply.
• Documents Required:
• Aadhaar Card (with mobile number linked)
• PAN Card
• Other Requirements:
• Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) is mandatory
• Valid Driving License
• Android smartphone with internet access

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in local language and basic English/Hindi.
• Basic understanding of banking and KYC norms.
• Ability to use mobile apps for customer onboarding.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
