As a part of NEXPRIENG, a leading engineering company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Perform the Sales & Marketing of Firm portfolio in the domain Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Engineering. - Generate business leads and meet customers for technical understanding and requirements. - Coordinate with the inside back-office team for quotes, purchase orders, and follow-ups with customers for closing deals. - Provide after-sales support and visit sites for assistance in installation & commissioning if required. - Participate in new engineering projects as per company requirements for site work installation & commissioning. - Identify market opportunities, generate new business, list down customer problems, and understand their needs. - Conduct customer follow-ups and address customer complaints promptly. - Provide regular reports to the reporting manager. Qualification Required: - Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics. Experience: - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Skills Required: - Understanding and Knowledge of Field Instruments, Electrical Engineering, PLC/SCADA based Automation. - Promotion and demonstration of the company's product portfolio to industrial clients. - Hands-on knowledge of site installation and troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to travel to client sites for sales, after-sales support, and project execution Pan Across India. - Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn advanced technologies.
